    the lack of sound proofing of the rooms, made what would have been a perfect stay a little trying as the night club next door did not stop until the early hours of the mornings.

    thanks a lot for such a wonderful stay for three nights. make sure to get executive suite with 2 bathrooms, bedroom, as example. a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators are a nice touch. the location is good, 5 minutes' walk to skytower.

    Upscale hotel, hearty and marvellous breakfast!

    Perfect little and decent sized rooms with own bathrooms. Nice beds and brilliantly friendly staff on reception desk.

    location to queen st and viaduct was great. we walked everywhere! 2 bedroom apartment very well equipped

    cost of parking per day, room wasnt cleaned daily, and we had to ask for extra utensils due to # of people in the room, which would have been nice if already arranged.

    great location but room for improvement

    The sky tower is a short walk away. We loved the fine city view from our room.

    The check-in process felt a bit disorganized and could benefit from better management.

    The suites were clean and comfortable on arrival. The front desk staff were helpful and polite.

    The noise from the nightclub below on a Sat. night was unbearable- this must be a warning to weekend guests. The sound proofing of the suites was poor. Stated daily 'eco clean' did not happen. There was rubbish and linen left in bags in the corridor by the lift over the weekend.

    Perfectly clean hotel, the staff was professional.

    the hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were great, i liked the convenient and ideal location short walk to food market, harbour, station and car parking, wifi, use of voucher on windscreen and civic theatre. the offered breakfast was hearty and included lots of options.
